Your responses form the basis for a collaborative session where we refine various aspects; including the position's profile, targeted industries, evaluation criteria, long and shortlisting timelines, and internal interview procedures. All of this information is compiled into a comprehensive search strategy document, which is then submitted for review and approval.
Putting our methodology to work
Using high-quality data sources and expert partners, our search methodology assesses your current recruitment strategies and compares them to those used by your competitors. This helps us understand the talent landscape in your industry. We then analyze these trends to identify untapped talent pools in specific sectors and organizations. Engagement
Our approach is characterised by precision, tenacity, and relevance. We no longer rely on outdated directories and gatekeepers. Instead, we use a combination of outreach, executive scouts, and expert external agencies to connect with candidates. Once we have identified our target roster, we make up to twelve contact attempts across five platforms, including cold calling if necessary
Longlist, assessment and shortlist
Our longlist is composed of candidates who meet our QIA criteria - qualified, interested, and available. Those prospects then undergo assessment by specialist external agencies, at no additional cost to you. After this process, we provide you with resumes and assessment results of the longlisted candidates for your review. Working closely with you, we create a shortlist of candidates who will proceed to internal interviews.
Handling offers and transitions
We’d hate to let all that hard work go to waste. By prioritising authentic communication and efficient relationship management, we focus early on alignment to avoid unexpected surprises when managing the offer stage.
